Con Carolina leímos el cuento: "Verdi", la pitón que no quería crecer.Buscamos información sobre las serpientes y registramos en la actividad Laberinto de  la XO.

GEOGRAPHY - 5th Grade A

Tropical Savanna

Dry climate in winter and very wet in summer.

They are found further away from the Equator.

Temperatures are very high.

The grass can grow up to 3.7 meters in parts of Africa and South America.

Tropical-rain-forest

Hot and wet, they are found near the Equator.

The vegetation consist mainly in a variety of trees evergreens with broad leaves.

The soil is not good for farming because of so much rain.

SPELLING COMPETITION - 4TH GRADE

4th graders started a spelling competition.

They made groups and competed with eachother.

Allowing everyone to be part of the competition.

We had a lot fun!!

Niños de 4°año empezaron una competencia de deletreo de palabras.

Formaron grupos y compitieron entre ellos 

permitiendo que todos participaran.

In 1st. grade we played a word competition!!

Divided in groups we tried to remenber as many words as we could in english.  A member of the group was in charge of writing the words on a piece of paper, during 5 minutes.

The wining group won medals and everybody congratuled them.

En 1er. año jugamos una competencia de palabras!

Divididos en grupos tratamos de recordar tantas palabras como pudimos. Un integrante del grupo era el encargado de escribirlas en una hoja. Después de 5 minutos, el equipo que más escribió fue felicitado y recibió medallas.
